I could write a novel about the multiple ways Bob helped us! We found out we were moving to the Philadelphia area in March 2014 from Virginia. We met with Bob less than a month later to look at houses in Abington and the surrounding area. Bob led us to over 20 houses to look at in 3 days and gave us a lot of options to consider! He completely took our desires into consideration and we were able to narrow it down to the perfect house. He worked tirelessley with our mortgage company to get everything approved on time so we could move in at the end of May. Through some series of unfortunate events (no fault of his own), our mortgage fell through while we were moving from Virginia to Pennsylvania, and we ended up being homeless in a new city. Bob was SO kind and worked with us to convince the owner of our dream home to let us rent it until we could find a different mortgage company to work with. He put us in contact with an amazing mortgage company at Marathon Mortgage. Several months later, everything was finalized and we were able to finally buy our home in November 2014 thanks in HUGE part to Bob and his dedication, knowledge, and tenacity. I've recommended him to several friends who are considering selling or buying and will definitely want him as our realtor in the future! Thank you for everything Bob!
