1. What advice would you give a buyer trying to purchase a home?
It is much easier as a buyer to work with one agent who has your best interest. This is why it is important to hire an experienced buyer's agent. As I work with my buyer clients I point out issues in a home during a showing which could arise during a home inspection so that I am making best use of my client's time and money.
2. What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?
It is important to hire the right agent in this day and age who uses creative online marketing tools so best showcase your listing in front of your largest audience. Listing a home at the right price in front of the right audience in the first few weeks in crucial. If you have not generated the property traffic in the first couple weeks, you have already made a huge mistake in your real estate hiring process. We use all professional photography on our listings and enhance our listings on all the major websites to ensure your listing gets the traffic it deserves.

4. Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?
I recently listed a home for sale that had been on and off the market with 3 other real estate agents over the last 2 years. There were many flaws in the prior agents' marketing such as poor quality pictures, the listing not being shown at the top of the list in on the major real estate websites and in search engines. Also I made some inexpensive handyman and staging tips to my seller. Sure enough, the seller made the smart decision to hire me. Not only did we have an offer in the first week I listed the property, but we went to settlement 30 days later. My seller was more than pleased with out results. Customer service is our top priority and our reputation is our greatest asset.
5. How did you get started in Real Estate?
I double majored at Temple University in Finance and Real Estate. Having taken the classes in college, upon graduation I was instantly eligible to sit for my exam after graduation. I had a cousin in the real estate business. A full year after completing college I decided to sit for my exam and pursue actively selling real estate. Every day I wake up, I couldn't be happier in my career. I love watching putting smiles on my clients' faces each and every day.
6. Do you have any special education or training that will benefit your clients?
After being in the business 8 years, I obtained my real estate broker license. I wanted to obtain the highest level of education to pass that knowledge on to my clients. It was a personal career goal of mine which helps me to best service my clients on a daily basis.
He was very knowledgeable and really easy to work with. I have no never sold a warehouse before and Mike and me comfortable even if i was out of my wheelhouse. He did the homework and was prepared with knowledge of past sales in the area. He explained the details, took care of the details, and kept me in the loop on the process. FANTASTIC !
