Most recently was able to sell and elderly ladies home, within 1 week at full price and she moved in to an assisted living facility.
Back in 2002, coming from NJ with an extensive corporate group travel background, decided to pursue real estate. First year sold 26 homes and was rookie of the year.
Yes I believe in educating all my clients on market trends, entire selling or buying process to include pitfalls of real estate. Real Estate is someones most valuable possession and should be treated as such.
