We had purchased a home near CPSLO for our daughter and friends to use as housing during school. Post graduation, we rented to a new group of tenants but elected to get out of the landlord business after a year and needed someone very familiar with the local environment to take us through the process. Hal was extremely responsive, providing a market assessment the next day. We had an added strain of having current, good tenants that had to coexist with the listing and sales process. Not easy, but Hals team was very sensitive (and experienced) to that, helping to communicate each realtor visit and navigate school/study/exams stress.
