ZillowVERIFIED My husband and I work and live in the bay area and had previously listed our property in Oakland on the market with a friend of ours and didnt have any luck on getting the property sold. We spent thousands of dollars on a full remodel and didnt think we would have any problems selling it. We originally listed it at $799k in August 2021 and then after two to three weeks of getting no offers, we were advised to lower the price to $699k in the hopes of getting some traction from potential buyers. After another month, still no offers. Then our realtors recommended lowering it again to $599k. At this point my husband and I were frustrated and not willing to just give our home away for pennies, especially after putting so much money into it. We decided to take if off the market October 2021.In December 2021 I heard an advertisement on the radio about the Bob and Sandy Jamison Team. The ad seemed too good to be true, but I called them up anyway. I spoke to Sandy, and we set up an appointment for her to come and view the property and explain in person what her team has to offer. I was unable to make the meeting, but I sent my husband, and he was very impressed with Sandy and what their team had to offer (my husband is not easily impressed). He came home raving about Sandy and said that she took one look at the property and said, aEURoeWhy the heck didnt this property sell?aEUR? She was very confident that she would get it sold and sold quickly.I then spoke to Sandy over the phone and was also very impressed with her professionalism, expertise of the market, and how reassuring she was that she would get our property sold quickly. I was also impressed that her team offers staging the property at no additional charge to the seller. We had to pay for staging when we listed it with our previous agent. The Jamison teams marketing is also unparallel to any other realtors weve worked with in the past. So, we decided to hire them, and the rest was history. Ginger (her assistant) was a pleasure to work with throughout the process. She made sure that everything went seamlessly.The staging was promptly done and was beautiful. They listed our home on 12/17/21 and Sandy called me up on 12/23/21 and told me she had received an offer on our home for well over the asking price. We couldnt believe it!! The process was so easy. They literally did EVERYTHING that needed to be done as far as ordering inspections, appraisals, sidewalk inspections and certifications, etc. My husband and I were so incredibly happy with their service, that we wont go anywhere else in the future for our real estate needs. We HIGHLY recommend Sandy Jamison if you want quick results.

They held an event at a restaurant in downtown where they had realtors and lenders you could meet and learn about the home buying process. We really liked talking with Jenny and got her contact info. We had originally started looking at townhouses and when the pandemic happened, we postponed our search. About a year later, I contacted Jenny again and she helped us expand our search to SFH. She is very knowledgable about the areas we were interested in and also suggested better areas. Even with a native of the area, she pointed us away from some areas that might not match what we were looking for. She is always easy to get a hold of or will contact you back promptly. She showed us lots of houses and arranged private viewings. She also had suggestions on how to update the houses or make repairs. As a new homebuyer, all the cracks in the drywall or driveway initally scared me but she showed us which ones were actually the concerning ones and what to look out for. We had the best experience working with Jenny and even her team.

ZillowVERIFIED We interviewed four different realtors before selecting Tuscana Properties. Sandy Jamison met with us and went through all of the things to expect with listing our home and what what to fully expect. She itemized each item in terms of what it would take to prep and showcase our home and what it would cost. She exposed the good and the bad to give us a clear and honest picture of how things will unfold and what to do on setting the initial sales price and what some of the pitfalls may be if we priced it wrong. Many of the other realtors did similar reviews with us, but we found Sandy's approach very genuine, honest, and there was no pressure to sign with her. Tuscana Properties also had a lot of different services aside from just listing and selling your home and these programs ranged from front ending the cost of upgrades/repairs, lending you their moving truck, and helping you look after the place if you've already moved out - like making sure the lawn and garden was well upkept.Our process went very well from listing our home to leveraging Sandy's contacts and contractors to completely paint, repair broken items, stage, photograph, show the home, maintaining the lawn, to finally getting the highest price for our home. Her team informed us of all activities and made sure we were getting things done on time and in the correct order. They also sent us all the latest activity around our neighborhood so we were well informed of other homes being sold and the ones coming onto the market. This way, we could course correct if needed.In the end, Sandy sold our home for well above the asking price in 10 days from the time the listing went public to the time we accepted the offer. She's the best and we highly recommend her if you're looking for a local company that knows the Silicon Valley area well.

Selling your home can be a stressful experience, but Sandy helped with suggestions for making the house show well so that prospective buyers could see all the positives about the home. They have a team of professionals who can do repairs , deep cleaning, and even carpet shampooing! It makes the whole process go so smoothly! Since my home was over 40 years old, Bob recommended I pay for a home inspection so that we could accurately disclose anything that the inspector found to prospective buyers. This was a great plan, because the process was honest and above board from the start and I believe the buyers appreciated that. My house was in a contingent contract after having been on the market for 9 days---and 3 days after the open house! Probably the greatest part of working with Sandy & Bob is that they understand that this can be stressful and they were there for me every step of the way!
