My husband and I did not work with Dan. We had the pleasure of working with Ashley, she was very professional, efficent and great to work with. The first buyer backed out no fault on Ashley. We had to put it back on the market a second time and the experience was alot different. We felt that the communication was not the same as it was on the first buyer, we did not always know what was happening unless we called to follow up.
