Between negotiated seller help and the MD Grant program I moved into the home with $1000 out of pocket. Fast forward 3+ years later, life has taken me out of the area. Kevin was very helpful in helping me prepare my home for a quick and profitable sale. He has a suite of amazing contractors and stagers who brought our vision to reality. Also, we implemented Compass Concierge so the entire investment in improvements and staging was paid upfront at no cost to me. Ultimately, the property sold in less than 10 days in a very competitive market at near record price. Not only did I have a wonderful place to call home for 3 years, I ended up walking away with nearly $50K profit which helped me relocate to St. Petersburg, FL.
