Kevin created the RE-Story Team to help people during seasons of life that result in buying or selling a home. This team exists to help people achieve their real estate goals when getting ready for a new chapter in their lives. Kevin's interest in real estate began at a young age. He had a key collection when he was 5 and started sketching his own community maps when he was 9 years old. Kevin has previously served at community churches in Riverside, San Diego, and Orange County, as well as teaching at public middle schools and being a small business owner. He enjoys seeing families making houses into homes and transforming neighborhoods into communities. He aims to serve the community and provide the highest level of service to his clients. Kevin Allen enjoys spending time with his wife and children. They inspire him to help other families along their own journeys. He loves baseball, numbers, and rooting for the underdog.

Here's a lesson for any would-be successful real estate agents: walk your neighborhoods, introduce yourself to the people that live there, and offer your services without pressure. This is Kevin's approach and it's exactly the reason he came to mind when we were ready to sell. Kevin visited us on a regular basis, letting us know how the market was shifting, and presenting a printed list of the homes for sale with useful statistics for our area. Kevin is the consummate professional. He knows his stuff, and walked us through every step of the sale.
