Keller Williams Realty

We were very fortunate to have found Kevin to help us sell our house. It is a tricky time to sell currently and Kevin was very thoughtful about his strategy and helped us navigate through this ever changing market conditions. He is very knowledgeable and sensitive to our needs. I trust his judgment 100% and would recommend him to anybody who wants to buy or sell a house.

Kevin was attentive to all aspects of selling our house. He was available to answer all of our questions and went above and beyond to support the move of our family during a difficult time.

Kevin Allen and his staff were extremely helpful throughout the home buying process. I found him via a referral from a close friend. While he is based in Riverside, I bought a home in Temecula, about 40 miles away. Kevin made several trips from Riverside to Temecula to view different properties with me. And he gave me honest, straight forward opinions about different homes based on his many years of experience; I greatly appreciated his excellent assistance with this aspect. I highly recommend Kevin Allen for future clients.

Kevin Allan did a fantastic job helping us sell our home. We were selling from another state and he was our eyes and ears in California. He helped prep, have repairs done, and stage the house for showings. He was always professional and a truly trustworthy realtor. He went far beyond what he was contracted to do in order to sell our home. We really appreciated all of his help in making a difficult time much easier.

It was an amazing experience, He never gave up on me and my wife and helped us close on our first home after 3 years of trying. He worked to get us the best possible deal and I cant be greatful enough for all that he did for us. I will never forget him and cant recommend him enough!
