2. What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?
Partner with a strong listing team like The Gill Group that offers complimentary staging and high-end photography. Have your listing agent guide you on what minor repairs or updates to make before listing so your home shines in every showing. Pricing strategically is just as important as presentation—list too high and you risk sitting on the market, list too low and you leave money on the table. 3. What types of clients have you worked with?
I’ve worked with first-time homebuyers, luxury property owners, investors, developers, relocation clients, divorce cases, and international buyers. As part of Keller Williams’ Sports & Entertainment Division, I also assist professional athletes, artists, and public figures with discretion and care.
4. Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?
One of my favorites was helping a relocating family from overseas find their dream home in Ridgewood. We coordinated virtual tours, navigated the time zone differences, and handled every detail so they could move in seamlessly. Seeing their excitement as they stepped into their new home for the first time was incredibly rewarding.
5. How did you get started in Real Estate?
After earning my Master’s Degree in Business, I built a career in marketing at Citigroup® in Toronto and New York City, managing large-scale marketing portfolios. My passion for real estate grew as I applied my marketing expertise to property sales—eventually launching The Gill Group, which is now ranked among the top real estate teams in New Jersey.
