Sure, you want a "nice" agent, but this is about increasing the amount of money you make on this sale, so hire a sharp business person, not a "nice" salesperson.

Everyone has different needs and goals, and it is through communication and a combined effort that we can exceed our clients’ expectations.

Really, anytime that I see a client able to take on a new chapter in their life because of my efforts. First time home buyers really appreciate what you do, as they tend to start off the most unsure. I love when a client is able to sell their home, making a profit so that they can realize the pay off of their investment and make their way towards their next goal. Lastly, I get a LOT of repeat and referrals, which is proof to me that my clients see that value and passion that I bring.

I was an investor and was not happy with the way that I perceived the real estate industry. I thought it was full of folks concerned more with closing a deal and making a check than taking care of me. I trademarked the term "Keeping it REAL in Real Estate" and created my vision statement of "to be the face of innovation and change in modern day real estate" as a way to remind myself of why I am here and do what I do. I do not set my goals based on commissions or closed deals, but instead on client transitions.
