Born and raised in Jacksonville, Florida, Meshell Perry has proudly called the Sunshine State home for over five decades. Before real estate, she thrived as a territory manager, sharpening her skills in sales, branding, and relationship building. She transitioned into real estate in 2017 and quickly stood out--earning "Rookie of the Year" in 2018 and becoming her brokerage's No. 1 agent in sales by 2020, the same year she became a licensed broker. Now the owner of her own brokerage, Meshell continues to raise the bar with her full-service approach.
