I could not recommend Lisa MORE! She took on selling two rental properties that had renters that needed to be removed and properties then remodeled. The process took many months and Lisa was patient, looked after my property as I was out of state as my eyes and ears. You will not find a more competent agent than Lisa, every aspect was handled so well. Lisa has exceptional local knowledge and a wide resources of other professionals should you need Lawyers, stagers or contractors. If you are considering an agent look no further. You CAN NOT do better than Lisa and if you manage to find her equal consider yourself lucky. 5 Stars is not enough!! Thank you so much Lisa for your help and your friendship!! I could not imagine getting through this pickle of a Real Estate situation without you! Lisa Risco should be on every short list of anyone considering an Agent in the Philadelphia area and how she would not gain your business I cant even imagine.
