Cynthia and her team are, quite simply, the best in the business! I was first introduced to Cynthia in 2010 while I was searching for my very first home. She made the experience easy and made sure that I was comfortable throughout the whole process. I then referred her to a coworker who she worked with on the purchase and eventual sale of their property. They also loved working with Cynthia. During the COVID crisis, our family went through the rather difficult process of searching for a home large enough for our 95+ mother (in-law) and family members. The COVID restrictions made this very cumbersome, however Cynthia made the process very manageable and we were able to find just the right home. Fast forward to 2025/2026... I decided to sell my first home and I could not imagine any other agent to represent me. Cynthia's experience and sound advice helped me navigate and gave me comfort throughout the process. Amazingly, we listed and closed within 30 days, receiving multiple offers, and selling $140K above asking!
