About Ryan De La Uz

Sayreville born and raised, Ryan went to Eisenhower School, than onto the Sayreville Middle School and finally to Sayreville War Memorial High School graduating near the top of his class. He then obtained his Bachelors degree in Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering from Rutgers University. Not satisfied, he continued his education getting his Masters degree in Systems Engineering from Stevens Institute of Technology. Ryan has worked for the United States Army as a Quality Engineer on the production of a wide range of complex munitions for our Warfigthers. During this time, his fascination for real estate grew and he started investing in real estate for himself. He decided real estate was his passion in life and got his real estate license. Ryan now helps others find their dream home as well as extremely profitable investments. He is the go to expert for Sayreville, NJ. On Ryan's spare time, he enjoys mountain biking, snowboarding, doing construction projects, professional photography, competitive bodybuilding and spending time with family and his 3 daughters. Ryan works tirelessly for his clients to find them the perfect property. He is never satisfied until the client is.

Lauren did a fantastic job helping us find a new home. We were very picky and she waited it out and helped us look at dozens of homes in the process. She gave great advice when it came to bidding on a home. She hosted a fantastic open house and also gave great advice in selling our home. She got us the best possible offers for our home and helped with every step in the process. She is very personable and had open lines of communication. She worked around our busy schedule.
