I cannot say enough positive things about our experience with Beau who represented my wife and me in our recent sale of a higher end property in Laguna Beach. Beau and his firm promoted our property in every way possible including social medial, mailings, advertising in a variety of publications and professionally photographed the property and created a first class video as well. They conducted weekly open houses and did everything possible to sell the property. Unfortunately, the market for all real estate sales has been hampered by high interest rates and a soft overall market. after 9 months without a sale we took it off the market. Beau did not give up! After about four months, Beau called us up and told us that the market was changing and he was seeing more activity in our area and it might be wise to put it back up for sale. We agreed to a short term re-listing. The bottom line is that it sold within a month and at the price and terms we wanted. Beau is a hard working, honest and skilled real estate professional.
