ZillowVERIFIED My husband Tom and I have worked with Sean and his associates in the past selling some of our properties and were pleased with the results. So, when we decided to purchase a second home in Newport Beach, we thought they would be a good choice. We found a home we wanted to see, and Sean sent one of his agents whom we had not met yet to do the showing. That's when we met Ryan Tarr. That first house wasn't for us, but Ryan was dedicated to finding us the perfect home within our budget. We weren't exactly sure where on the peninsula we wanted to be, so he helped us narrow down our search by spending a day with us driving through it and pointing out the advantages and disadvantages of all the different areas. Once we decided on an area, he was on it! It seemed like he never slept and treated us like we were his only clients.He worked hard showing us many properties. We don't live in the area, and he often went to new listings and walked the property while we were on facetime so we could decide if we wanted to fly down to get a real look. A couple months in of looking and unaccepted offers it seemed like nothing was coming on the market and we were feeling a bit discouraged. Then I got a text message from Ryan with a picture of a stack of addressed envelopes. He was mailing all the owners in the area of our interest! (see attached photo) A few weeks later there was a response to his letter, then more houses started coming on the market. He went above and beyond, and I believe got things stirred up in the market. Even though it took us 6 months to find what we were looking for; the wait was worth it as I am confident, we found the perfect family vacation home that will be in our family for years to come. As an extra bonus our family has a new friend and go to real estate agent in Ryan.

My husband did most of the communication but Nick went out of his way to make sure I understood everything as well. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

ZillowVERIFIED Cannot say enough about the incredible job Cheyenne did in getting the deal done on our new home. For various reasons I won't go into, the deal took 6 months to come to fruition and involved countless hours of discussions, negotiations, evaluations, numerous stops and starts and lots and lots of angst and frustration through the entire process. Cheyenne was amazing thru it all, never letting it get to him and maintaining an upbeat, positive attitude while encouraging us to stay patient. He should change his name to Cheyenne 'don't worry I got this' Alred as he was constantly assuring us to not worry, that he was going to make sure it was going to get it done. To say I would recommend Cheyenne to anyone buying or selling a home would be the understatement of the year. I wouldn't consider for a millisecond ever using anyone else.

ZillowVERIFIED We listed our home with Brian Davis (on the Stanfield team), after we originally tried to sell it ourselves (i'm technically an agent, but we don't live locally anymore and also, i'm focused on being a mortgage broker).. When my personal listing expired, we had a bunch of local agents call me to see if they could list our home. I asked everyone for the same info: their marketing plan and an outline of what makes them different from the other agents. Brian was the ONLY one of those agents to be fast-in-responding, but also responded with an actual marketing plan, actual templates and an actual outline of what he proposed to do. He was professional, followed up when he said he would and worked hard to sell our home.He made sure that he was at every showing, he took great care of our house and most importantly, within weeks we were in contract with an all-cash buyer.
