We wanted to give our business to a Latinx real estate agent and that is why we selected Alex Martinez among many agents advertised by Zillows postings. Little did we know that he was heading such a big company and team. She designated Julia Berstein to work with us. Julia was very diligent, responsive, respectful, patient, and compassionate with us. Our road to buying a home was bumpy, we needed to stop and restart it, we placed offers that we lost to other bids, and we almost close on a house that had considerable liens on it. Very frustrating... Julia worked with us through all that and helped us persevere while respecting our pace.
