ZillowVERIFIEDI cant say enough good things about my realtor. From start to finish, she went above and beyond what I expected. She didnt just help me sell my house, she helped me get it ready to sell. Whenever something needed to be fixed or updated, she had a trusted team of professionals ready to help, which made the entire process much less stressful. She was knowledgeable, responsive, and always willing to answer my questions. Her guidance helped me make the right decisions, and I always felt like she genuinely cared about getting the best outcome for me. Thanks to her hard work, organization, and network of reliable people, the whole experience was smooth and successful. If youre looking for a realtor who truly goes the extra mile and treats you like more than just another client, I highly recommend her. She made a challenging process feel manageable, and I'm grateful for everything she did to help me.

ZillowVERIFIED My experience of working with Lindsey was a pleasure. She walked me through the process of listing the Condo, and the steps needed to be taken to get it sold. It sold just under 2 months, but the Market was down and was to be expected.

ZillowVERIFIED Awesome experience, she is patient and not pushy at all one way or another. Got the price I wanted and was a hassle stress free sale. Gave great advice and was very knowledgeable about the current real estate market and the do's and dont's of selling of your home. Would recommend her to anybody who wants to not deal with the typical real estate sale. The closing experience was also very fast, thorough and well explained. I couldn't have asked for a smoother transaction.

ZillowVERIFIED Very hard to work with. Said we were negotiating in bad faith while the seller knowingly didn't disclose aluminum wiring, a leaking roof, faulty appliances to name a few. Dragged feet in responding to my agent. Would avoid. Down the inspection cost and 2 weeks of time for a house that I would not have bid on with so many issues had they been disclosed as required to.

ZillowVERIFIED As a former real estate professional, I cannot explain how impressed I was with Lindsey Smalling. We are based in California and she was assisting our family to get their home sold. It wasnt the easiest transaction to say the least. Her honesty, transparency, professionalism, and outstanding communication made it seemless to assist her from over 2,000 miles away. If you are looking for for a competent and honest real estate professional, look no further! From one professional to another, thank you for everything you did, my family and I are forever grateful.

ZillowVERIFIED Fantastic all around! Pushed through on what turned out to be a much longer process than originally expected and was willing to get creative with her team to move things forward when we encountered multiple issues with buyers, as well as be there for my closing since I moved out of state. Super professional but human and realistic at the same time!

ZillowVERIFIED We had to interview three agents for our relocation. Lindsey stood out from the rest. She came to our home for our first meeting prepared, positive, professional, and full of energy. Lindsey is a "high octane" agent, which is exactly what we wanted to help us sell our home quickly. She knows the market, and has the connections / relationships to handle different situations that arise while selling your home. Our home sold in ONE day!!! We also hired Lindsey as our buyers agent for the new house, where she again exceeded our expectations! Thanks for all of your help and hard work Lindsey!

ZillowVERIFIED Lindsey SmallingaEUR| hands down, the best at what she does. Theres no second or third place choice. PsshaEUR| Its Lindsey and Lindseys team or no one! We signed papers to list our home and it was cruise control from there. She did everything but clean our house and help pack up, which she did offer to do, because she is just that helpful. No one nicer, no one more professional and no one else we would recommend. Call Lindsey!

ZillowVERIFIED Lindsey is an awesome agent and really knows her stuff. She helped guide us in selling two different homes. She was easy to keep in touch with and was quick to respond to our every need and next steps. She had knowledge that the buyer's agent was not aware of regarding the buyer's VA loan. Lindsey was able to think fast and come up with a plan B when the title company representative did not show up for our scheduled closing. We literally had all of our belongings loaded up and ready to head out of state to our new home. We would not hesitate to recommend Lindsey to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

ZillowVERIFIED Pretty much the best agent in the world. Went WAY above and beyond to assist us in buying our forever home and selling our current one quickly. We were met with every issue from needing to switch lenders last minute to ripping a roof off three days before closing and Carri was right there making calls and in the dirt with us. 100/10 recommend!

ZillowVERIFIED Lindsey Smalling did a great job handling the sale of our property, she and her team handle themselves in a top notch professional manner. Personally Lindsey is easy to talk too, very knowledgeable and a no nonsense/no hype type of person. Even though our sale was small from a monetary stand point, I felt it was handled with the same effort and concerns of a large scale transaction. I would definitely employ their services again..
