As a REALTOR(R) serving Southern Illinois, I have developed a reputation for successfully guiding clients in the purchase of their dream home. I have worked at Farmer & Company Real Estate for over 18 years. I started as the Administrative Assistant and a few years ago, became a licensed broker. This experience has given me a vast knowledge of the market trends and the ability to offer guidance to home buyers and sellers. I continue to manage the marketing for the agency including social media marketing, the agency website, and print advertising. In 2020 I earned the C2EX (Commitment to Excellence) endorsement from the National Association of Realtors and have consistently been earned production awards annually from the Egyptian Board of Realtors. I have a Bachelor of Science degree in Agribusiness from Illinois State University which I earned in 1996. My husband and his family are in a farming business that produces corn, soybeans, wheat, and alfalfa. This gives me unique perspectives on land values to help others invest in real estate and earn maximum profitability. I am actively involved in various community organizations the Metropolis Chamber of Commerce, Metropolis Kiwanis, Connect Massac and Psi Eta Sorority. During my leisure time, I help out on our family farm and I love cheering my daughter and the John A Logan College Softball team. As a mother and a wife, I understand the importance of owning a comfortable home.
