My name is AJ Garcia as a Licensed Real Estate Agent it is my duty to provide my clients with the best possible experience, hold their needs above all others, and make sure everything runs smoothly from start to close. A few of the many duties that I perform for my clients are: walking through the step by step process of buying and selling a home; providing comparable information for homes that have sold or are currently on the market; sharing neighborhood information such as school information, nearby shopping/restaurants, etc.; advertising on behalf of his clients; negotiating to ensure my clients receive the best possible offer; alerting my clients to potential risks; and helping clients prepare for a smooth closing of the transaction. There are so many things to love about the business. From the always-changing market conditions to the newest development plans in our local communities, it's important to me to stay on top of the game to make sure my clients are always informed. For me, the service that I provide while helping someone make quite possibly the biggest decision of their life is something that I take very seriously and invest a lot of time in. There is nothing more satisfying than seeing my clients smile as I hand over the keys to their new home. Selling real estate has been a goal for a long time. It is hard work, but very rewarding when you have done a good job. I got into the business because my family owned a Construction company for over thirty five years. I learned the trade from my father, but growing up in hot South Texas I chose to work indoors. I began selling and within the first year I sold nineteen million in four plex to investors. It came very natural for me I love homes it is truly my passion. It is my commitment to provide the highest level of service for all of my clients.
