Bob Sokoler

Bob Sokoler did a great job selling my real estate for me. I was very happy from start to finish. I would definitely work with Bob and his team again!

Our first impressions of Bob were highly favorable and remained high throughout all our interactions. We contacted Bob and scheduled a visit to our home for the next day. When Bob arrived, he gave us a book (titled "The Ultimate Homebuyers Guide The Nations Leading Expert Advisors Reveal Their Secrets For Buying Right In Any Market" that he had co-authored) with expert advice from realtors and brokers on buying a house. (Note: we later used advice from this book in finding and negotiating the purchase of our next house.) In addition, he had also taken time to completely re-write our house description (from a previous listing) to better promote the houses best features. When he gave us the re-written description, he gave us permission to use his re-write even if we didnt end up listing our house with him. In other words, Bob was an asset to us even before we contracted with him. After we contracted with RE/MAX The Sokoler Team, professionals came to our home to photograph and video for the listing. The photographers and videographers were not only professionals (who ultimately produced extremely high-quality products), they were polite, considerate, and personable. Bob worked closely with us to list our house for sale. After our house was listed, Bob would regularly call us just to check in aEUR" these check-ins were greatly appreciated as we were anxious to sell our house and re-locate to another state. When a showing was scheduled, we were given a luxurious 2-day lead time to clean and stage. For each offer made, Bob provided excellent advice on countering. Every step of the way, Bob communicated so well that we were completely comfortable for knowing/understanding what was happening. For our experience with Bob in selling our home, we now consider Bob a friend.

We have recently sold our home with The Sokoler Team from Remax Reality. Bob Sokoler was awesome from start to finish and I felt very comfortable with the feeling that Bob was selling our home. Bob and Lisa were very responsive and answered all questions. Bob has a great personality and was always available to answer any questions we may have had. The pictures of our home were fabulous which showed the character of our home which we were very happy with. I would highly recommend using Bob and his team!. We were moving out of state so his team was very helpful in getting things done while we couldnt be there for most of the sale.

Casey was amazing all the way from start to finish. She represented us on selling our home and in building a new house. I felt like we got top-dollar on our existing house because of her insightful (and not costly!) staging suggestions. She was also a pro at marketing our house, getting new eyes on the listing every day. We were under contract in under two weeks, even with the cooling market.With our new home, she was always available to offer insight and suggestions. Casey told us what features would be a good return on our investment and which features we were only putting in for personal preference but prospective future buyers would not see the value in. She went to bat for us over unexpected charges and helped us along toward closing. I'd recommender her again and again for buyers or sellers!
