Justin and his entire team were absolutely outstanding during the entire real estate transaction. Since I live in Florida I thought selling my father's house long distance would be an impossible challenge. Through a conference call he presented me with a very professional market analysis. Once we determined a competitive price, we were under contract shortly thereafter. Justin made the process smooth and we closed within 45 days. Justin kept in contact with me throughout the transaction and was able to troubleshoot every issue in my father's aging house including installing new smoke alarms to meet code. Justin went above and beyond to get this sale done - and in the middle of winter with two feet of snow!
