Mike Inman

Mike is in his 19th year as a REALTOR with Coldwell Banker McMahan Co in Central Kentucky. He is a consistent top performer, recognized as an International Coldwell Banker Presidents Circle member. Mike is typically the top listing agent in the Lexington office. Mike is active in his community and in his local, state and the National Association of REALTORS (NAR). He served as Chair of NAR's REALTORS Relief Foundation Annual Campaign Committee in 2024, and serves in NAR's Leadership Academy Advisory Group. He is the 2023 KY REALTORS REALTOR of the Year, a Past-President of KY Realtors, and was a member of the NAR Leadership Academy class of 2021. Mike is Director for Bluegrass REALTORS and NAR. Mike places a high value on continuing to enhance his skills. He has achieved the following certifications: Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR), Certified Residential Specialist(CRS), Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist (CHMLS), Military Relocation Professional, Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA), and Real Estate Negotiation Expert (RENE). He has a Masters of Science in Systems Management (Information Systems) from the University of Southern California, a Masters of Military Arts & Science in National Strategy from US Army School of Advanced Military Studies, and a Bachelors of Arts in Government/History from Western Kentucky University. Mike is well qualified to handle any residential, farm or commercial real estate transaction. He represents both buyers and sellers, and is especially knowledgeable of the needs of relocating families, particularly military families.
