Faruk is the best... He just won't stop until you get what you need! We usually use Faruk to find properties to flip. This time we called him to help us get into our first rental property. He lined up six showings for us and we ended up putting in an offer on one... For now... Second offer is not too far off! If you have a real estate need Faruk is the one to call! He helped us understand the entire rental process, and explained how his rentals are run and was very reassuring. We can do this Faruk, thanks for your help.
