Michelle was open and transparent about the home and the recent updates and improvements to the home during the open house. The professional sales brochure was presented to us at the open house. The brochure featured a well staged and photographed environment that added to the incentive to make the purchase. We approached Michelle to represent us as buyers if she was comfortable having a dual representation role. Michelle agreed and we proceeded moving forward towards the purchase. Michelle's solid knowledge about the community and comp sales provided us with the information so that we were able to make a reasonable and solid offer to the sellers, that she also represented. Michelle handled the negotiations with ease and professionalism covering all aspects of the purchase process. She worked well with escrow. She attended and supervised the inspection. What impressed us was her follow up after the close of escrow where she was present when the staging was removed to insure the home was not damaged.
