Don't make a hasty decision. If you're not sure about the home it's most likely not the right home for you. Set a budget and don't go over it. Most importantly find a Realtor that puts you first and someone you connect with because you will be spending a lot of time talking with them throughout the process.

GET PROFESSIONAL PHOTOS..Don't pick a Realtor based off of their fees. Find someone that isn't afraid to spend money to market your home. You don't wont the Realtor that puts your home on the market and then waits for a buyer to come.

I have worked with first-time home buyers, Military, experienced owners looking for their 2,3,4+ home, to the investor looking to purchase 30 homes at one time and the family selling their parents home. I have sold everything from land, condos, townhomes, duplex, to single-family and everything in between.

My most recent was a lead that came in and I wasn't able to reach but left a voicemail for her. A day later I got a text saying she picked another agent and I responded back nicely and gave her a few nuggets to make sure she does when selling her house. About 10 minutes later i got a text back from her saying the realtor she picked wasn't going to do that for her and when looking deeper into it he was charging her tons of fees she wasn't aware of and then asked if I could meet with her. Later that day we met and I secured the listing. I wasn't trying to take the business I just wanted to make sure I always treat people the way I would want to be treated.

I started in real estate in 2005 as an intern for Pulte Homes and worked my way up to before the Director of Marketing for CalAtlantic Homes before I went out on my own and opened CrossView Realty.
