Selling the home form a distance, Cindy found local contractors to complete various home upgrades to prepare the house for sale. She reviewed all of the work being completed and made sure the work was correct. She was always in contact with the seller discussing all opportunities as they presented themselves.

She contacted her fellow realtors with the info per my home and many brought their clients to tour it. She followed up personally with every person who made an inquiry regarding the house. When a buyer was located, she negotiated an excellent selling price. She wanted to make sure I got the best price possible. When it came time to show me homes, she stayed within my criteria. When I did find a house, she once again negotiated an excellent price with the seller and realtor. Selling your home and buying a new one is one of the biggest stressors a person has to deal with. I had been in my home 23 years so it was particularly difficult for me. Cindy did make it easier. I highly recommend her as a realtor
I would recommend Cindy Allen. Let me tell you why. I first met Cindy when I called her number listed on a for sale sign. It was late weekend afternoon and she agreed to show me the house as soon as her floor duty was completed at 5:30. The property was not what I had in mind so she carefully listened to what I wanted and persisted to get me into another home that I wanted to see. She had to work with two levels of property owners to acquire the privilege of showing the property. Once deciding to make an offer she put together a contract in the computer and used up to date technology to get signatures and complete the sale. This minimized excessive time and asset use. What impressed me more than anything was the way she handled getting the seller to agree to getting the repairs done that were revealed at the home inspection. She put together a comprehensive list that was detailed and very complete. I was so pleased that she saw the tiniest details. Then again when the repairs were done! I have to say that she worked diligently for me and the commission was not a large one on a house of $65,000. She is a trooper! So for my next home I have called Cindy to work with me again. To sum up what qualities I have found in Cindy are, Diligent worker, completes commitments, listens carefully, tells you what you need to hear, knows her territory and the history of the homes for sale, goes the extra mile to get the job done, knows how to use recent technology, and is a pleasure to be your working partner in a home purchase.
