I have been a full time Realtor on Oahu since 2007. I specialize in assisting investor clients from all over the world achieve their investment goals with commercial and residential properties. As a US Army Veteran and relocation specialist, I also enjoy helping military families with their real estate needs. With a highly successful track record, my professionalism, commitment to client service, and market knowledge has consistently earned awards throughout my career. I was born and raised in Iowa and have gained a great deal of insight into the unique characteristics of Oahu's neighborhoods since moving to Oahu for military service in 1995. I credit the great experience I had with my first real estate purchase to my Realtor at that time. I strive to provide that same pleasant experience to each of my clients. Prior to my commitment as a real estate professional, I honed my customer service, financial analysis, sales & marketing, and negotiation skills at Bank of Hawaii, General Electric, Frito Lay, and the US Army. I utilize the knowledge, experience, and lessons learned at those industry leading organizations to help my clients succeed in achieving their real estate goals. My clients, in all price ranges and property types, rely on me for my experience, attention to detail, care, and confidentiality. I believe strongly in giving back to the community. I'm a volunteer instructor at the Hawaii Home Ownership Center, a regular donor at the Blood Bank of Hawaii, and regularly donate to other community organizations.
