I have worked with a wide variety of clients. I've sold forty thousand dollars condo's as well million dollar homes. And I have worked with clients approved to purchase in the same price ranges. My job is to make sure all of my clients are completely satisfied, and I do.
I recently sold a lot in the district of Columbia for $3.55. The seller did not think the property was worth over $2.75 and wasn't sure we could even attain that amount. We closed for much more and he was greatly appreciative.
After doing some research on where the top 1 percent class in America received their wealth. I decided real estate and real estate investing was my next career goal.
My on the job training over the last 14 years have prepared me for most issues that can arise in any real estate transaction.
