Worst Home Buying Experience Working with Johnny Ayala was, unfortunately, a terrible experience and something I would never recommend to anyoneaEUR"especially first-time homebuyers. From start to finish, it was clear that he did not have our best interests in mind. He showed little to no effort, provided no guidance, and completely disappeared for most of the transaction. Outside of writing up the initial contract on a home we already loved, he did nothing. We didnt tour homes with him, he didnt negotiate anything on our behalf, and he failed to communicate for nearly 45 days during escrow. He consistently ghosted us, never checked in to see where the deal stood, and was unavailable whenever questions came up. He could not answer basic questions and never took the initiative to find answers. He did not attend or assist with the inspection or the final walk-throughaEUR"both of which are critical, especially for a first-time buyer. Despite doing virtually nothing, he collected a 2% commission, which felt incredibly unfair given the lack of service provided. What made this experience especially disappointing was the closing. He didnt even bother to show up or hand us the keys. Instead, we had to coordinate with the builder to have the keys left outside for us. This was supposed to be an exciting, memorable momentaEUR"closing on our first homeaEUR"and instead it felt lonely and disheartening. Thankfully, the builder and our loan officer stepped up and helped us get to the finish line. Without them, this deal would have been even more stressful. Overall, Johnny Ayala was unprofessional, disengaged, unknowledgeable, and clearly more concerned about his paycheck than his clients. This was the worst experience Ive had in a real estate transaction, and I strongly advise anyone considering him to look elsewhere. He's the worst!

Before buying our home, we did a lot of research on agents, brokers, and the best route to finding someone we could work with. We interviewed many agents, and we found Mark was the most knowledgeable. He knew about the market, sure, but he also knew the little details- what to look for in a home, a neighborhood, a lender. He explained the process, the timeline, and made himself available throughout the entire process. He also had a ton of knowledge on contractors that redid all our floors and painted the entire home before we even moved in. He made the process as easy as it could be- especially when the sellers werent making it easy themselves. Thank you!
