I worked with Steve to get my first property from the beginning to close, he is definately who I will recommend. I started checking houses about 2.5 months ago, randomly found Steve online and it turned out that I have made the best decision to ask him to be my agent. Steve is very professional and detail-oriented; he always comes prepared for all our house hunting trips and tells me the honest truth about the properties we checked. He got me what I needed like house comparisons, replied back to all the related parties questions (i.e. myself, sellers and sellers' agents) almost the same day, reminded me when to do what ....etc.. My wife and I were looking to purchasing a property before our son's started school. While looking online, one property came to our attention but I had few question. Steve was the agent that responded to my aid, we needed someone like Steve who is very attentive and has the best interest for his client. My wife and I are almost 6-7 hours drive to Covina. We didn't have the comfort of driving from San Francisco to Covina area to look at the properties. Steve had to be our agent to find and locate the properties we needed. I am very glad that we meet Steve. We emailed back and forth regarding few properties, my wife and I felt very comfortable from all the attention he provided. My wife and I decided that Steve is our guy and he will be the one that will earn our business. He set up all the properties we were interested and showed us the properties in on set Sunday. After we drove back to San Francisco knowing that it was a very productive day. On the drive home we made two choice and let Steve know. From there he helped us with pros and cons on both properties. After few hours we made our choice. Actually My wife and I went back and forth on two properties and made Steve life hard. Steve was very patient and help us with any of our questions and concerns. With our situation we needed to close in 21 days and we did with all his hard work. Steve was a great agent and now he is our friend. Thank you Steve!!!!!!!
