Since that time, I have personally closed over 200 transactions, mentored over 100, leased several dozen homes, and worked as an owner, partner or project manager on over 20 renovations (rentals & flips), from Erie to Monument, and Evergreen to Elizabeth. I personally specialize in Central and Northwest Denver, and downtown area condos & new construction townhomes.
