Throughout the years she has owned and managed 300 apartment units, worked for a land acquisition company selling land throughout the state of Florida, and been an REO broker for nationwide lenders. In recent years, she has spent her time in residential real estate sales, focusing on building a team of top agents to better serve the people of her local South Florida community. When I was 11, my parents were in the market to buy and I was fascinated with the home search. I bought my first property (a piece of land) at 16 and got my RE license at 18. Selling RE was hard at 18, so I focused instead on college and getting married and having kids. When I was 29 I decided to get back into real estate so in 1993, I became licensed again and have been doing it full time and loving it ever since.
