Our experience with Andrew was subpar at best. We entrusted him to sell our home as well as buy a new home. In the selling process we had to continuously contact him for updates. In the buying process he showed up late several times for appointments, was not present at closing (circumstances forgivable under the claims he went to our selling property to touch up paint for the new buyers), but after closing we never heard from him again! He sent one text to my significant other, but after speaking with other new buyers in the neighborhood their agents went above and beyond, dropped off gift baskets, showed up in person to congratulate them. I just feel like we were too small of a "job" for Andrew to actually give his all to and in that case should have referred us to someone that would have cared more. We lost our discount on the new house because we used him as an agent and upon informing him, he acted shocked but did nothing to compensate the fact. I would say unless you have a million dollar property, do not use him because anything less seems a waste of his time.
