Licensed as a Broker in both Pennsylvania and Delaware, I specialize in representing both buyers and sellers in the sale or purchase of single family residential and single unit or multi-unit investment properties. My 20 year background in sales, marketing and executive management coupled with my many moves as a result of corporate relocations, uniquely qualifies me to be able to effectively and efficiently handle all of My clients real estate needs. I am also certified as a Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES) giving me the resources and training needed to assist those Seniors who are in transition; certified as an Accredited Buyers Representative and a Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource and a Certified Dispute Resolution Mediator. I am licensed to teach Real Estate Courses in Pennsylvania. I'm a member of the National Association of Realtors, Pennsylvania Association of Realtors and the New Castle County Board of Realtors in Delaware. As a result of My sales production I have been selected for inclusion in the Long and Foster Executive's Club for 2005, 2006, 2007, 2008, 2009, 2010 and 2011 and President's Club for 2012 - 2016. In early 2017 I left Long and Foster to take on the position of Managing Broker for the Media PA office of Entourage Elite Real Estate. I am active in my community. I am a Pennsylvania Freemason and am active in my Masonic Lodge. I am a Past Master of St. Alban Lodge No. 529 F&AM in Philadelphia, PA and currently serve as the Assistant Secretary and the Chairman of the Trustees of the Permanent Fund. I am a Past President of Westinghouse Square Club. I also collects used wheelchairs, walkers and canes for distribution to the local Veterans Hospitals that have a shortage.
