My husband and I had a FANTASTIC experience buying a home with Matt. He was transparent and attentive, and very knowledgeable about the areas and the homes we looked at, and he's well-connected within the community. This 2020-2021 market has been a nightmare to shop in, but every step of the way, Matt's advice and feedback was honest. He's not the type to pressure or pry, and his personality is very relaxed and laidback until it's time to bid on a home. Once that time comes, he says it's "pulling the five alarm fire" and it's all systems go. He's efficient and effective and communicative. I would absolutely recommend anyone to work with him. And I should give an honorary mention to his team as well - Katie in particular, who assisted Matt with the process of buying our home. If there ever comes a time where my husband and I would like to sell our home, we will absolutely be calling up Matt to help us with that process.
