ZillowVERIFIED Eric and Melissa helped my wife and me sell our Dorchester condo (of 10 years) and buy one we've always had our eye on right up the same street. When that person listed their condo, it seemed a distant dream we could actually get all the moving parts going to grab it. There was the pandemic raging, uncertain politics, bad weather, you name it. Eric went with us and assured us: If we wanted it, we could do it, and he would help make it happen. He did. And he helped us sell the old place with honest advice, he sugarcoated nothing. The end result was a complete win, and I really believe it was a win for all three parties involved (buying and selling), which is great. There was excellence in advice, responsiveness, negotiation, and most importantly honesty. I would recommend them to anyone buying, selling, or renting, and I would never use anyone else if I could avoid it.

ZillowVERIFIED We were exceptionally lucky to work with Melissa and Eric when we had to buy a new home - our first! - after our landlord of 20+ years sold our building. The time crunch put extreme pressure on us. Left to our own devices, or sub-par brokers, my husband and I would have made very poor decisions. But Melissa and Eric took the time to educate us thoroughly about locations, financing, things like hot water heaters that I'd never thought about, and walked us through each step of the process with extraordinary patience. They could have had a quick and easy sale because we were desperate, but they discouraged us from settling on something that either wouldn't be a good investment, or wouldn't make us happy in the long run. Eventually, we found the perfect place for us! It ticked off all of the boxes! They brilliantly negotiated a fair price for us in a super-competitive market and have stuck with us through some issues on the seller's end. We remain profoundly impressed by their professionalism, knowledge, teamwork, compassion, kindness, and generosity. ZillowVERIFIED We were very lucky to have the help from Bill, Eric, and Melissa at Mission Realty Advisors when purchasing our first home. They are very experienced, professional and a true pleasure to work with through the entire process. We especially appreciated their attention to details and making sure every small thing goes right. For every weekend when we went to see open houses, Bill always prepared our itinerary beforehand, had all the related information printed and organized in nice folders. For some new properties on the market, he also went to their early open-house to check the status of the property so as to give us more informed information before our visit. For every property, he would help us examine the home layout and utilities, guide us through each part of the property patiently and at the same time get to know our preference so that he can provide better recommendations. During the offer submission process, Bill, Eric, and Melissa provided very helpful insights into the process and price range. They went through the offer clauses with us one by one by analyzing the risks of waivers and market value of the properties. Their opinions are always objective and never try to push us to rush on any decision. After the submission, Bill followed up with the offer closely with the seller's agent to always keep us informed. From inspection, mortgage, to final check-out before closing, Bill was always there to go through the process together with us and make sure everything is on schedule for a successful closing. Having them by our side gave us such peace of mind through this seemingly overwhelming process. We highly recommend this team to anyone who is planning or in the process of home searching.

He has a vast knowledge of the competitive Boston market ( and surrounding areas ) and investment properties. He is always available for any questions and concerns. Open houses can be intimidating and aggressive, we felt very lucky to have such a smart reinforcement with us! After finding the right home, we felt self assured with the next phases. Eric assisted us in putting a successful offer in. He was with us during the home inspection and signing of the papers. We feel that he was with, helping and educating us, during every phase of step of the process. When we shifted our search to surrounding towns, we continued to work with Eric because we believed that he had demonstrated excellent interpersonal skills with us and other agents, understood our needs, and respected our style, giving us appropriate room for our own decision making. He maintained the relationship for several months and helped us find temporary housing while we searched even after we moved to Boston. He was patient as we looked at many properties in several localities to find "the one". His knowledge of the contractual process in MA and his connections in real estate law and mortgage banking were critical to us throughout the process. ZillowVERIFIED I unfortunately had a series of extremely poor interactions with Eric Johnson and his team during during the rental and sale of one of their properties. They lied to me about the terms of my lease agreement (in person, Eric insisted that the terms of my lease required me to comply with a particular request he was making, but when I re-read my lease, no such terms were detailed in the lease). They also repeatedly ignored my attempts to communicate with them - for example, it took them two weeks to respond to a particularly egregious violation of my privacy made by one of their employees. I'm sure I sound like a disgruntled tenant with a grudge against this company (which, in truth, I am), but I think it speaks volumes about Eric and his team that they weren't able to maintain a reasonable and respectful professional relationship with me. I would never recommend them to a friend, and I will avoid them at all costs in the future.

As a first time home buyer I wanted to purchase a condo in Mission Hill area and he found me my current condo.
