Since day one, my focus has always been simple: take care of my clients and make the process as smooth, informed, and low-stress as possible--whether you're buying your first home, selling a home full of memories, or navigating a major life change. One thing I tell every client upfront: I'm not looking for the same house you are, and I don't have your budget--but if I were in your shoes, would I buy this home? Would I let my mother buy it? That same mindset applies when selling. I approach pricing, preparation, and negotiation as if it were my own home on the line. My job is to help you understand the good, the bad, and everything in between so you can make confident decisions--not emotional or rushed ones. I grew up in the suburbs of Rochester, New York (Fairport) and have called New Hampshire home for nearly 20 years, living in Weare, Epsom, and now Manchester. That gives me a deep understanding of both New Hampshire's cities and rural towns, and helps my clients choose the right strategy and neighborhood--not just a listing or a house. I've been in real estate since 2012 and consistently rank in the top 5% of agents in New Hampshire. In 2022, I opened my own brokerage, NOBO Real Estate, which stands for No Boundaries and No B.S. I built it to reflect how I actually work: honest advice, strong advocacy, clear communication, and zero fluff. Before real estate, I worked as a QA Chemist at Wyeth Pharmaceuticals and as a Financial Analyst at General Electric. I hold a bachelor's degree in Bio-Molecular Science from Clarkson University and an MBA in Marketing and Entrepreneurship from Northeastern University. I joke that it took two degrees and three careers to finally land exactly where I was meant to be. When I'm not working, you'll find me traveling, building Harry Potter and Star Wars LEGO sets, going to Phish concerts, or spending time at the lake. I genuinely love being a Realtor® and helping people through what can be one of the biggest--and most emotional--decisions of their lives.
