ZillowVERIFIED When I decided to sell my house, Dean DeMagistris was on the top of my list of Agents to call. Not because I knew him, but because his name has always been associated with Wyndwood Village, The Condo association where I lived for the past 32 years. I interviewed three agents before selecting Dean. I wanted to know what other agents would say regarding my house and the amount I should list it for. It was obvious from the interviews that Dean knew what he was talking about, especially how my home was unique and would bring in more value to an educated buyer. He was right. I may have disagreed with painting the interior, but the color change may haver been the key factor in getting multiple compliments (and offers) on the house. Dean knew the type of people that want to move into Wyndwood Village and that's exactly who ended up buying my house. The price set for the house was low enough to attract the right buyers, and due to the crazy market out there the actual purchase price delighted both Dean and myself.

He instead sent a listing of ALL ranches regardless of price, conditions, etc. Sent followup email to him asking if he could redo the listing but only send ranches within a certain price range and some additional parameters. Received no response. Sent follow up email indicating I had found anther agent willing to work with me. He sent back a rather insulting response. Would not recommend him to anyone.
