Rick was very helpful and thorough from the very beginning of the process, all the way to the final stages. We had several questions through the various stages, and Rick was always quick to respond and provide the answers. In the final stages, the buyer had some issues on repairs that we needed to get done within weeks of settlement, and Rick was actually able to provide contacts of contractors that took care of what was needed, and did it quickly. We had used Rick for our kids house, and would definitely recommend Rick to anyone that wants a professional that will provide the necasaary assistance in selling their house.
