Advance Realty,Inc

Rick was very patient and helpful in helping us find our home. He was always there to answer any and all questions. Very knowledgeable of new homes and areas. Was a great friend as a child and now an awesome realtor!! I highly recommend Rick!!

Rick was awesome!! He understood our needs and worked hard to meet them. He always stayed in contact and provided updates along the way. He was very knowledgeable and the love for his job, to find our dream home, was visible from the beginning.

Rick's attention to details, his knowledge of the real estate market, and his responsiveness to our questions and concerns made the process of selling our home a pleasant experience. We would recommend Rick's services to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

Rick has helped me buy and sell 3 homes and every time has been smooth until the finish. Rick has been in this business for many years and has loads of skills in realistate. If I decide to sell again ill be in contact with Rick Lake. Thanks again Rick.

Rick was very helpful and thorough from the very beginning of the process, all the way to the final stages. We had several questions through the various stages, and Rick was always quick to respond and provide the answers. In the final stages, the buyer had some issues on repairs that we needed to get done within weeks of settlement, and Rick was actually able to provide contacts of contractors that took care of what was needed, and did it quickly. We had used Rick for our kids house, and would definitely recommend Rick to anyone that wants a professional that will provide the necasaary assistance in selling their house.
