I am sitting here 2.5 weeks later and have never heard back from him. What a waste of time, commits to things but does not follow through. So unprofessional.

ZillowVERIFIED Matt actually listed and sold two homes for us. His knowledge is very impressive, in that he can look at the surrounding home values, what they are selling for, and have a good understanding of where to place your home in the marketplace. Matt or his team is very responsive. Never did I feel like I wasn't receiving the attention I needed / wanted. We did engage in some negotiating during the sale of both homes and Matt handled those negotiations with the professional courtesy that it demanded. Matt ensured a win-win scenario for both the seller and the buyer. Matt must have a process in place that suits him well because he the for sale sign on our first home we sold literally went down in one day. Our second home literally sold in two weeks (that included from start to finish - cash buyer). On a personal level, I can appreciate Matt's honesty and integrity. He did represent me well and kept my interests at heart, whilst at the same time, making sure we had a satisfied buyer. Again, win-win. I have the utmost respect for Matt and will continue to do business with him directly and will continue to refer business to his office.

Our experience with Matt and his associate, David Griffith, was very positive.We were coming from out of state, looking to buy our retirement home and also to sell an investment property we owned in Austin. We knew very little about the different housing areas in Austin and surrounding towns. Matt and Dave took the time to show us many different areas, always pointing out the advantages and disadvantages of each. They were always very pleasant, patient, and eager to help us find our new home. We decided to build a new home, which can be a trying experience, especially when you live out of state. Matt made sure we had frequent updates on the construction of our house and included many photos so we could see the progress being made. ZillowVERIFIED Matt set a date and time for us to meet and was very punctual in keeping the appointment. He toured our home, made notes during our conversation with him, and offered the use of a staging designer and the photographing of our home. He compiled an analysis of similar homes that have sold in our area and presented us with a suggestion for our listing price. We were pleasantly surprised at the price and decided to go with his option. We used the services of the staging person and the photographer. Our home "hit the market" early on a Thursday morning, and sold with the first viewer that evening at 7:00 p.m.! We even got more than our asking price and I believe that not only our maintenance and upkeep of our home made this transaction possible, but taking full advantage of the suggestions for staging presented our home in a beautiful setting.
