Working Holly and the Koester Team was an enjoyable experience I immediately knew I made the right choice when I told them thatbI would be using them---they immediately went to work arranging and answering all my questions. I could tell she was well connected and had done this many times before she often said let me take a look at it and I'll get back to you and she alway did. Her team members all play a role and they are all good and getting info and getting right back with you whether it was txt are phone calls I often txt in the middle of the night and I was get a response first thing the next morning---They were very professional and I would highly recommend them and most importantly they got me exactly what I asked for ! Very Good Professionals

Off and on for 15 years, I have been looking for a house and Holly has been the professional that has been so patient to finally get me to the point of buying my new home. She also made every aspect of buying this home so simple. She was vigilant in crossing every "t" and dotting every "I" to make sure that my interests were protected. The team that was in the background was equally wonderful. They are professional, knowledgeable, and paid attention to the details that many would have let pass. I now have a beautiful new home and I thank Holly for helping start this new chapter in my journey

Holly and her team recently help me purchase my first house in the Fort Worth area. Holly has helped my parents and their friends and sister find their homes. She was extremely knowledgeable and would voice her concerns/options to make sure you get the perfect house! She made the as process as smooth as possible. I could not of done it without her! I highly recommend her to anyone needing a realtor!

The Koester Team recently represented us on the sale of a home in Burleson. Their professional team brought documentation to cite comparable properties and helped us come up with appropriate pricing and strategy for the sale. Within two weeks of listing the home, we had multiple offers and sold our home above the asking price. The house was empty and they came in and staged it at no additional cost to us. I would highly recommend The Koester Team for all of your real estate brokerage needs as they are easy to work with, professional and they get the job done. Thanks Holly and David!

    Answered Questions

Does the value of my home affect the commission that I pay?

Hi Mark: Commissions are usually a percentage rate of the sale price of the home and are negotiable. There are even some agents that have a fee schedule based upon the level of service for each rate. Real Estate markets across the country are not all the same. Just as a caution, sometimes cheaper is not always better. Experienced, excellent real estate agents are worth every penny!

What's the first step in buying a home?

Samantha: Steven and Jennifer have provided you with excellent information. The first step is to get with a lender who can examine your financial situation and let you know what you can afford. Look for lenders that come highly recommended. If you are not able to afford a home right now, or your credit score does not qualify, a great lender will help you put together a plan to improve your credit score and to save for a down payment and closing costs. They can also educate you on various down payment assistance programs for which you might qualify. Take care.

Should I sell my house or rent it out?

Maggie: I would advise that you work with a trusted lender and find out if you have the option of keeping the home. It may be that you would not qualify for another home loan until you sell your current home. If you can qualify, rental properties are a good way to build wealth, however, not everyone is cut out to be a landlord. I would speak with a friend who has rental homes, or a friend of a friend etc., to do some research on what it means to be a landlord. Do the research to make sure you know what you would be getting into. Take care.

Why is my house not selling?

Bill: Various real estate markets are different, and it could be that your market is traditionally slower this time of year. Let your agent know your concerns and ask them to run a Comparable Market Analysis (CMA) to make sure you are priced properly based upon recent sales and the condition of your home compared to those recently sold. I would also as you agent to reach out to the agents that have shown your home for some feedback on why their buyers were not interested. There may be some changes you could make that would be effective.
