Marco was indispensable in my move to Oshkosh. He did a great job of scheduling multiple showings efficiently when I had just a few hours and a long list of what I wanted to see. He pointed out things I wouldn't have known to look for otherwise, and it was obvious he was invested in helping me find a home I'd be happy in long after closing. He even remembered my dog's name and asked about him whenever we had a showing or a meeting - such a little thing, but it made me appreciate his attention to detail and genuine concern.

My husband and I were looking to explore a new state, for nature reasons, we selected Wisconsin. It was a daunting thought because we do not know anyone in the area, but we were excited to start a fresh new adventure. I researched different realty locations and found LIV Wisconsin through a Google search and read some reviews. I was immediately drawn to the positive reviews about Marco and contacted him to see if we would be a good fit. Upon reaching out to Marco, his professionalism was demonstrated immediately with his timely responses to calls and texts. He made a timely first appointment to meet and discuss our thoughts and reasons for moving, and to inquire about areas. He asked us questions that we hadn't thought about, and that is why we chose Marco. He was professional, demonstrated great time management, and went above the basic needs by learning more about us and offering suggestions about a variety of things (location, hobbies, interests, etc.). Marco also excelled at keeping us in the loop on next steps and provided updates as well as reminders in some cases. During our virtual walkthrough, Marco was honest about what he noticed in and around the house that could be cause for concern, things that would be simple fixes, and any notes on previous repairs to the home. He even educated us on some topics because we are moving from a "hot" state to a "cold" state. He truly was open to every question we had and made our home buying journey way less stressful than it might have been. Fast forward to today, we have found our new home, and are set to move in very soon. The advice I would give to potential buyers and sellers is that Marco is an amazingly helpful realtor and LIV Wisconsin Realty is a great place to get your next journey started. Lastly, the thing we valued most about Marco's service to us was that it was seamless and made the home buying process more exciting. If we learn anyone is looking to buy or sell, we will be directing them to Marco and LIV Wisconsin.

We had a dream of living on Lake Michigan, but also knew it was a tough ask. We were referred to Jenny by a friend/realtor from our home town. Jenny asked what we were looking for and took into consideration that we were on a tight timeline. She organized our day and devoted her time with us all day. The day was seamless and very productive. We looked at 6 homes all beautiful and choose our dream home on Lake Michigan. Jenny was awesome every step of the way. We had lots of questions and she was quick to respond. Being an out of state buyer she made sure that we were in the loop every step of the way.
