Ziobro Real Estate Group, LLC

Peter helped me with the purchase of my home. He was extremely responsive and patient with my home buying process. His knowledge of the local market was invaluable, and I believe directly contributed to sale of the house to me. It was my first time buying a house and Peter could not have been better at walking me through that process.

Peter went above and beyond in listing our home. He was always a phone call away to answer questions or concerns that we may have had throughout the process. His expertise and knowledge of the market helped us accurately price our home, as well as to list it with professional photographs and open houses.

Peter was wonderful to work with! He has a calm demeanor and is straight forward. He was always quick to respond and answer any questions we had. Helped navigate different offers and when one didnt go as planned, helped us put the condo back on the market and got it sold quickly. Highly recommend him.

Peter was excellent to deal with, personable, knowledgeable and very accommodating from the first phone call thru the closing. We contacted Peter to get a market analysis for the property we wanted to sell and he responded quickly with market value and good advice. We signed on with Peter and from that moment on we sat back as he took care of every aspect of the sale. All paperwork was done on line thru Peter making it very easy for us. He worked hard to make the sale go smoothly. This was one of the easiest real estate transactions I've ever been involved in. I would recommend Peter to everyone that I know who needs a very qualified agent.

Peter was great to work with! He has knowledge of the East Boston market, so I trusted his advice when it came to pricing, etc. He was there every step of the way from photos & open houses, right through to the closing. Peter was very professional and responsive at all times, and I would recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell.
