We received an unsolicited offer of $30,000 for the property. I found Alex via the internet and checked with him if that was a reasonable offer. He immediately told us the property was worth over $100,000 and possibly $200,000. We were totally shocked and at his recommendation we had him list it for $239,000. Even though it took 6 months he kept assuring us that the property was worth that and we would find the correct buyer.He was correct and through perseverance we were able to sell it for over $200,000.

Alex kept in touch regularly via email and text, providing copies of the listing of our property and letting us know of any activity. He got quick results for us in the sale of our property, while a previous agent from a different company had no activity at all. We are very satisfied with our experience.
