Zapphire Real Estate Group

Glenda was awesome. She did her best to sell our house fast and at the best price. I would highly recommend her to anyone and have done so.

Glenda is a professional Real Estate Agent that provide me with excellent service in all steps while she conducted the sell of my property, she was always courteous and returned all my calls with the necessary information in a timely manner.

We have been very pleased with Glenda, she has initiated tours of house timely, she has accompanied us of tours of home, she has guided us at every step!

If you are using Glenda pecina as your seller's agent, make sure you are aware who she is splitting your sellers commission with. Read your sales contract carefully. It may turn out that she is splitting your sales commission with the spouse of the buyer

She was just incredible every step of the way, always available to answer questions and help us with any concerns we had. Definitely recommend her to anyone who is looking especially first time buyers. Thank you Glenda!
