Tara is the BEST well kept secret in Memphis when it comes to Real Estate. Although our process became so nerve wrecking she walked us through the process from start to finish not leaving anything unturned. Tara said, aEURoeFirst things first lets see how we can get you in a house, by the end of the year.aEUR? There was Not a long drawn out process in the search for the perfect house to call home. We started taking care of things that could have been a problem with our credit which was a very easy to do, having slow credit, can create a slight problem when it comes to making a major purchase. Which now I believe that we can help others clean up the credit issues should they need it.So everything single thing that Tara told us to do we did it and it WORKED!!! We started our process in the beginning of 2018. We made NO major purchases, however we did need a new car, to get back and forward to work which helped and kinda hurt us, but it did workout in our favor. We paid what needed to be paid, for the next 9 months concerning our credit. In 2019, we started saving WHICH was not that easy honestly I kid you not. We both love shopping.We needed to save our earnest money and money for the inspection, still having to live too! We did eat out from time to time, but our goal was to be in a house by the time our lease ended on our apartment by October. In other words we were running against the clock seriously. We did it and we managed to move in our 1st home with no money down and no closing cost. We took advantage of the opportunities that were available for 1st time homebuyers. We attended the classes that also helped prepare us for the journey of homeownership.Honestly, everyday something seemed to work our nerves about something, we had to do when it came to buying our home. But Tara assured us it was going to be okay, we are going to be in our house as planned. Once we saved the money we got to looking, we looked at a few houses one day and the last house Tara showed us, it was love at 1st sight!!! Everything that we wanted, we made an offer that day. And we are now creating new memories in our home. Plenty of room to grow and tons memories to share with our family. The perfect size yard to entertain, and on the inside we have a place to call home. Why? Where the heart is theres a place we now call home, everyday we pull up into our driveway and can say theres no place like home. Tara #TheRealEstateGurle helped make our dream of one day buying a home became a reality for the Taylors. Even right to this day, we are still happy and enjoyed the process. This was our best gift to ourselves for all the hard work over the past 15 months total. If you are reading this....
