ZillowVERIFIEDGreat experience with Christen Woody! It was a whirlwind getting ready to sell in order to buy the house we wanted, but with Christen's help, we pulled through...and our beautifully staged house sold on its first day on the market! Now we have our dream home, thanks to Christen!

ZillowVERIFIED Michael Lawrence and his team were the absolute best! As a first time home buyer and having to deal with a crazy market, Michael really made the experience as low stress as possible. He was available day and night now matter what and he answered all of our first time home buying questions without even batting an eye. I cannot thank him enough for helping us to get our first house in a place that we absolutely love and I would recommend everyone give The Lawrence Team a call!

ZillowVERIFIED It was a pleasure working with Michael and the rest of the Lawrence team. We had our downtown condo for sale and had our eye on the perfect house. After multiple showings and strong negotiations, we were able to purchase our dream home!

ZillowVERIFIED As first time homebuyers, we couldnt have imagined for the process to go any smoother and it was all with the help of Michael Lawrence. Michael walked us through every little detail and made sure to answer every question we had. We had started our home buying journey on a rocky path with a different real estate team, but a friend of ours recommended Michael, and we ended up finding, viewing, and putting an offer on our home within a few days of talking to him. We had an amazing experience and will definitely be in contact when we are ready to sell our current home and purchase a new one.

ZillowVERIFIED Michael is a realtor who truly loves what he does and works in the best interest of his clients. I expected that living a significant distance from Michael's home territory would mean I would need to plan ahead a couple of days if I wanted to view a home, but any time I found one that I wanted to take a look at he was up here ready to show the place within the day. Michael and his whole team were very helpful in every step of the buying process and made the whole experience very effortless for me.

ZillowVERIFIED When relocating my family to Chattanooga, we came into contact with Michael Lawrence to show us a home under his real estate firm. Although that was not the home for us, we had such a good time with Michael that he became our agent while we looked for two homes in the Chattanooga Area. Home shopping with Michael was an excellent experience and we have had a tremendous amount of fun exploring the housing market with him. Michael and his team are extremely responsive and will answer your questions and concerns day and night. Michael has been a great asset to my family while purchasing our homes and I would whole heartily recommend him and his team to anyone looking for purchase a new home in Chattanooga.

ZillowVERIFIED Very pleased, only area I see would need improvement would be sign placement. They are very professional and are very pleasant to work with. They kept us informed on all aspects of the process and contacted us either by phone or email.

ZillowVERIFIED Doug Lawrence was great; I cannot tell you how helpful and informative he was during the purchase of our new home. His local knowledge, his insight to the local community and expertise in the home owner transaction conundrum is second to none! I would unreservedly recommend Doug and his team. Thanks Doug.

ZillowVERIFIED Sherry served as my agent during the process of purchasing a lot in the 37403 zip code area of Chattanooga. I was very impressed with the level of responsiveness and competency demonstrated during the negotiation process. It should be noted that this was a sale of vacant land (read lower value/commission) and the level of service was on par with prior purchases of greater value. With the exception of a trip to view the lot before the initial offer was submitted and the final trip for closing the entire process was conducted remotely. I'd highly recommend this agency, and Sherry in particular, to buyers looking to relocate to the Chattanooga area.
