Denver is a tough market right now, and finding a house that is reasonably priced and not completely falling apart seems almost impossible. Amber was encouraging and supported us taking our time to make sure we found the right home. Once we found one we loved, she somehow convinced the owners to show it to us before the open house, and we were able to make an offer and go under contract before anyone else saw it. I cant recommend her enough!

Amber is amazing at her job and definitely goes above and beyond for her clients. I had a job offer I could not turn down and was moving from NC to CO. I was introduce to her and I explain my situation that I needed to find a place ASAP for my family and close with 3 weeks. I got off the plane at 9:30 am and she had 22 places for us to view that day. We viewed every single one, she even was able to get some of the developers on the phone to answer questions due to our quick turn situation, and even went to videoed a few more after we left to make sure we made the best and most informed decision moving half way across the US. We are now here to stay and we have found our agent that we will use again without questions. Moving is one of the most stressful things you will do in life but Amber made it the easiest process ever.
